VOLTVAULT — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement. By accessing or purchasing from VoltVault ("we", "our", "us") at shop.terryso.dev, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. Products and pricing. We sell consumer tech accessories, focused on charging/power and travel gear. All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

3. Orders and payment. Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we confirm shipment. We accept PayPal. All orders are subject to product availability.

4. Shipping. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on destination (see our Shipping Policy). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy). Items with quality issues qualify for reshipment or a refund — please contact us first with photos of the item and packaging.

6. Product use and safety. Electrical products must be used as instructed and only with compatible devices. Misuse, modification, or use with incompatible equipment voids any quality guarantee.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
